Shipping & Delivery

Coverage
We ship to UK addresses only. No international orders. No in-person collection.

Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 are usually dispatched the same day.

  • After 12:00 or on weekends/bank holidays: next working day.

  • Pre-orders or low-stock items may add 1–2 days.

Shipping options

  • Standard (tracked): 2–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Express (tracked): 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • Saturday delivery: selected postcodes only.
    Actual services shown at checkout with live pricing.

Discreet packaging
Plain outer packaging with a generic return address. No product names or branding on the shipping label.

Tracking & updates
You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. Tracking may activate after the first scan at the depot.

Delivery instructions

  • Safe place or neighbour delivery is at your risk. Choose this only if appropriate for your address.

  • Some services may require a signature. Couriers cannot call ahead.

Address accuracy
Enter your address exactly as used by Royal Mail/couriers. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Missed deliveries
If you miss a delivery, follow the courier card or tracking link to rearrange. Parcels are usually held 7–10 days before return to sender.

Lost or delayed parcels

  • Marked “delivered” but not received: check safe places and neighbours first, then contact support within 48 hours.

  • Delays under 10 working days from dispatch are considered in-transit; most clear without intervention.
    We will investigate with the courier and resolve as fast as possible.

Damaged items
Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and product as received. Email support within 48 hours so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Multiple shipments
Orders may ship in more than one parcel at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each.

Out-of-area postcodes
Remote locations and the Channel Islands may take longer. Some express services are unavailable.

Payment & VAT
All prices at checkout include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges are shown before you pay.

Order changes & cancellations
If your order has not dispatched, contact support with your order number to request a change or cancellation.

Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
