Summary
We accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always put right.

Eligibility window

  • Change-of-mind: 14 days from delivery.

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return conditions

  • Unopened, unused, and in original, untampered packaging.

  • Include all accessories, labels, and inner seals.

  • Pack securely to prevent transit damage.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items without their original inner seal/tamper evidence.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Final-sale/clearance items (where stated).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@hashstore.co.uk with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll issue an RMA and the return address.

  3. Send the parcel using a tracked service and share the tracking link.

  4. Keep your receipt until the return is processed.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Change-of-mind: you pay the return postage.

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect: we cover reasonable return costs or send a prepaid label.

Refunds

  • Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

  • We may deduct a reasonable amount for missing items or damage caused by poor return packing.

Exchanges

  • For defective/incorrect items we can replace the item or issue a refund—your choice, subject to stock.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Email within 48 hours with photos of: outer box, inner packaging, and the item.

  • Keep all packaging until we resolve the claim.

Lost or missing parcels

  • If tracking shows delivered, first check safe places and neighbours.

  • Report within 48 hours; we’ll investigate with the courier.

Order cancellations

  • If the order hasn’t dispatched, contact us and we’ll cancel and refund in full.

Wholesale/B2B

  • Returns for business orders follow the contract terms; contact us with your account details.

Return address

  • Provided with your RMA. Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected or delayed.
